The Thames Valley Women's Network on behalf of Thames Valley Police and in support of the Women Chief Officer Network (WCON) are proud and delighted to be hosting this years’ Senior Women in Policing conference #SWIP24.

The conference theme is ‘Leadership of the Future’ and over the three days, we aim to deliver a high quality, engaging and challenging interactive conference for national (and international) senior female leaders across policing and criminal justice agencies. The conference welcomes colleagues from all genders to the conference. 

The objectives of this conference are;

• To support, encourage and inspire the development of future female senior leaders in policing,
• To provide an opportunity for senior female policing leaders & their colleagues to meet & network together,
• To discuss the challenges and opportunities facing UK policing now and in the future,
• To provide delegates the opportunity to engage with topics relevant to them that will support them personally and professionally,
• To share the considerations and findings, following engaged discussions, from the conference with key stakeholders, through existing national structures and networks
