The main entrance is stepped. There is ramped access to an alternative entrance immediately to the left of the main entrance - this has a secure powered door. There is lift access throughout the building, two wheelchair accessible toilets and hearing support systems that can be deployed where needed throughout the building. Most areas of the building have step-free access.

Upon registering you will have the choice of how you'd like to pay.
We accept the following payment methods:
- BACS (against invoice): Please note we are unable to issue invoices to the public sector without a purchase order number, which must be supplied a the time of booking. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.
- Credit card payment: You can select to pay with a credit/debit card during the booking process.
If you are registering as a public sector delegate and wish to pay against an invoice you must provide a purchase order (PO) number.
It will be a requirement of your organisation that you provide a PO to ensure payment can be made. Please check with your line manager regarding how to raise a PO number within your organisation. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.

Joining instructions with further details on the conference will be sent in the two weeks prior to the conference via an automated email.

We are delighted to announce that this conference is Continuing Professional Development (CPD). If you would like to receive these, please email register@cjsevents.co.uk post event who will verify your attendance and arrange for a certificate to be sent to you. Train – Oxford railway station is approximately a 20 minute walk away or 10 minutes by taxi. Bikes can be hired at the train station or around the city.
Bus – The nearest bus stop and airport bus stops are on the High Street just outside the Examination Schools (Queen’s Lane stop). Information about buses in the city can be found here.
Car – There is no car parking on site so we recommend using the park and ride system. Alternatively car parks are available across the city. The nearest one is St Clements.
Should you wish to change your registration details, or if you need to make a substitution, this can be made at no additional charge at any time prior to the conference (including during the conference).

Please note: Cancellations made on or before 30 October 2024 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions can be made at any point.

In registering for this conference you are committing to payment for the place(s) as per these terms and conditions. CJS Events reserve the right to cancel your place if you have not provided us with a legitimate purchase order number or completed a card payment at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made on or before 30 October 2024 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions notified to CJS prior to the event will be accepted with no additional fee.
Refunds and COVID: Should you develop Covid-19 or symptoms or are unable to attend due to personal circumstances we are able to offer a substitution to attend in your place - no refund will be given in either of these cases.
