Principality Stadium provides step‑free access across all external plazas, with accessible entry lanes available at every gate. Inside, the venue is fully step‑free, supported by lift access to all levels. Level 5 includes fully accessible Hospitality Suites and four accessible unisex toilets, with additional accessible unisex facilities located on Levels 3, 4 and 6. The stadium also offers one Changing Places facility.

Upon registering you will have the choice of how you'd like to pay.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • BACS (against invoice): Please note we are unable to issue invoices to the public sector without a purchase order number, which must be supplied at the time of booking. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.
  • Credit card payment: You can select to pay with a credit/debit card during the booking process.

If you are registering as a public sector delegate and wish to pay against an invoice you must provide a purchase order (PO) number.

It will be a requirement of your organisation that you provide a PO to ensure payment can be made. Please check with your line manager regarding how to raise a PO number within your organisation. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.

Joining instructions with further details on the conference will be sent in the two weeks prior to the conference via an automated email.

We are delighted to announce that this conference is Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Accredited. If you would like to receive these, please email register@cjsevents.co.uk post event who will verify your attendance and arrange for a certificate to be sent to you. Train – Cardiff Central Station is approximately a 6 minute walk or 11 minutes by taxi. Cardiff Queen Street Station is approximately a 15 minute walk or 10 minutes by taxi. A short shuttle bus journey connects the Airport to the train station at Rhoose, which is a 30-minute rail journey to Cardiff Central Station. Bikes can be hired at the Cardiff Central train station or around the city.

 

Bus – Cardiff Bus Interchange is approximately a 5 minute walk or 7 minutes by taxi. Information about buses in the city can be found here.

 

Car – There is no car parking on site so we recommend using the park and ride system. Alternatively, there are a variety of car parks available across the city. The nearest ones are Cardiff Stadium NCP and Cardiff Westgate Street NCP.

 

Should you wish to change your registration details, or if you need to make a substitution, this can be made at no additional charge at any time prior to the conference (including during the conference).

Please note: Cancellations made on or before 30 October 2026 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions can be made at any point.

In registering for this conference you are committing to payment for the place(s) as per these terms and conditions. CJS Events reserve the right to cancel your place if you have not provided us with a legitimate purchase order number or completed a card payment at the time of booking.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made on or before 30 October 2026 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions notified to CJS prior to the event will be accepted with no additional fee.
