Online Fees

The fee for online access is:

• £1000 +VAT for forces with over 3000 personnel
• £750 +VAT for forces with under 3000 personnel

Access is per force, meaning once your force has paid for access you have unlimited registrations.

We will require a PO number or confirmation a PO number has been raised prior to the conference to allow access. PO Numbers should be sent to register@cjsevents.co.uk

Public Sector Delegate Fees

Below costs are excluding VAT at 20%

Conference Sessions Only- £400 (or £150 for day one OR day two and £90 for day three)

• Attendance at the conference dinners on 7 and 8 November 2023 can be added on to Conference Sessions Only Packages for a cost of £29.17+VAT per night

All Conference Sessions, Dinner and Two Nights Accommodation- £550.00 

• Accommodation and dinner are on the nights of 7 and 8 November 2023

All Conference Sessions, Dinner and Three Nights Accommodation- £660

• Accommodation is on nights of 6, 7 and 8 November. Dinner is on the nights of 7 and 8 November 2023

 

Please note that registrations are capped at 10 delegates per organisation/force.

With exception of the Metropolitan Police, who have a limit of 25 delegates.

This is a registration cap NOT an allocation. Places are bookable on a first come first served basis and no spaces have been reserved per force.

These numbers will be based on all departments of your relevant force/organisation. Regional teams/departments such as ERSOU etc will be counted separately. Therefore, please ensure your organisation/force name is entered correctly.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before 26th September 2023 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions notified to CJS prior to the event will be accepted with no additional fee.

Please note: A valid Purchase Order number must be entered on registration or a card payment made to secure the booking, any places registered online with or without a Purchase Order Number will be subject to our Cancellation Policy above. CJS Events reserve the right to cancel any places without a Purchase Order number. 

Refunds and COVID: Should you develop Covid-19 or symptoms or are unable to attend due to personal circumstances we are able to offer a substitution to attend in your place - no refund will be give in either of these cases.

 

Private Sector

All conference sessions are closed to law enforcement only and so registrations for private sector delegates are not accepted. If you are from a private sector company and wish to attend as an event supporter, please click here for more information on how you can do so.
