Upon registering you will have the choice of how you'd like to pay.
We accept the following payment methods:
BACS (against invoice): Please note we are unable to issue invoices to the public sector without a purchase order number, which must be supplied a the time of booking. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.
Credit card payment: You can select to pay with a credit/debit card during the booking process.
If you are registering as a public sector delegate and wish to pay against an invoice you must provide a purchase order (PO) number.
It will be a requirement of your organisation that you provide a PO to ensure payment can be made. Please check with your line manager regarding how to raise a PO number within your organisation. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.

Joining instructions with further details on the conference will be sent in the two weeks prior to the conference via an automated email.

The conference will be Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accredited. If you would like to receive these, please email register@cjsevents.co.uk post event who will arrange for you to receive your certificate
Delegates staying overnight can enjoy the Health Club facilities free of charge during their stay. However, use before check in or after check out time will be subject to available capacity.
Should you wish to change your registration details, or if you need to make a substitution, this can be made at no additional charge at any time prior to the conference (including during the conference).
You can change the details by logging back into your booking or alternatively, please contact CJS at register@cjsevents.co.uk or 0333 222 4061.
Please note: Cancellations made on or before 16 October will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions can be made at any point.
There is an option to note this upon registration however if you are not sure this has reached us please email register@cjsevents.co.uk and we can add this on.
