South Wales Police are proud and delighted to be hosting this year's Senior Women in Policing Conference #SWiP26, supported by Dyfed-Powys Police, Gwent Police and North Wales Police.

 

The conference theme is Inspiring Leaders to Grow and aims to bring together leaders, aspiring leaders and allies from across the policing family and beyond to share experiences, challenge perceptions and inspire action. Through engaging keynote speakers, thought-provoking panel discussions and practical development sessions, delegates will explore how we can foster environments where individuals are empowered to grow, contribute and lead with confidence.

 

The conference objectives are:

• To deliver a high quality, engaging, three-day conference for national and international senior female leaders across policing.
• To provide a safe space for senior female policing leaders to meet to discuss the challenges and opportunities that face UK policing now and, in the future.
• For attendees to learn about and discuss topics relevant to them, which will support them both personally and professionally.
• To support, encourage and inspire the development of future female senior leadership.
• To provide meeting and networking opportunities.
