A valid Purchase Order number must be entered on registration, or a card payment made to secure and confirm the booking. PO numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.
Private Sector Attendance
Private sector attendance is possible via the conference marketing opportunities, which can be viewed here.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made on or before 9 September 2024 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions notified to CJS prior to the event will be accepted with no additional fee.
Refunds and COVID-19: We continue to monitor Government advice at this time in relation to COVID-19 Should guidelines limit or cancel the event; you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your booking over to the new conference dates. Should you develop COVID-19 or symptoms or are unable to attend due to personal circumstances we are able to offer a substitution to attend in your place - no refund will be give in either of these cases.
