Upon registering you will have the choice of how you'd like to pay.
We accept the following payment methods:
- BACS (against invoice): Please note we are unable to issue invoices to the public sector without a purchase order number, which must be supplied a the time of booking. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.
- Credit card payment: You can select to pay with a credit/debit card during the booking process.
If you are registering as a public sector delegate and wish to pay against an invoice you must provide a purchase order (PO) number.
It will be a requirement of your organisation that you provide a PO to ensure payment can be made. Please check with your line manager regarding how to raise a PO number within your organisation. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.

Joining instructions with further details on the conference will be sent in the two weeks prior to the conference via an automated email.

We are delighted to announce that this conference is Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accredited with 15 CPD points. If you would like to receive these, please email register@cjsevents.co.uk post event who will verify your attendance and arrange for a certificate to be sent to you. Hilton Birmingham Metropole provides ideal access to major network links, including the M42 and the M6 by car. Located on the NEC complex, they are just a five-minute drive to Birmingham International Train Station and the Birmingham International Airport.
Birmingham International Train Station is a seven-minute walk away, with Birmingham International Airport a twelve-minute walk through the NEC or a ten-minute commute via a monorail.
There are ample parking spaces available at the venue. The event has a reduced rate of £10 per 24 hours and this can be pre-booked. Further information regarding pre-booking parking will be shared within your joining instructions email.
Overnight hotel guests have complimentary access to the fitness centre at the hotel.
However, the following charges will apply to access the pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room:
• £10 Pass 90 (for individual Hilton residents) which give 90 minutes of access time.
• £20 Pass 90 (for Hilton resident families) which give 90 minutes of access time. Maximum of 2 adults & 4 children.
Should you wish to change your registration details, or if you need to make a substitution, this can be made at no additional charge at any time prior to the conference (including during the conference).

Please note: Cancellations made on or before 6 May 2024 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions can be made at any point.
