Inquest representation

In the tragic event of a death due to a road collision or terror attack, our dedicated team of lawyers specialise in inquest representation. Inquiry representation

Our involvement in public inquiries comes in two parts:

1. To ensure we provide the best possible representation through the proceedings, ensuring questions are raised and our clients understand exactly what happened and why.
2. After finding out what worked and what didn’t work, we look at what can be implemented in the future, with organisations identified as having an involvement, to prevent anything like that happening again.
