This year the Disability in Policing Conference will take place from 2 – 3 December 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Coventry.

Please ensure your chief officer for disability, HR lead and anyone else in force attends our conference that needs to understand WHY this is so important.

We will help and inspire you to:

• Treat our officers and staff with the respect they deserve

• Embed disability confident level 3 employer requirements
• Spend more on reasonable adjustments, less on employment tribunals SAVING MONEY
• Build accessible police estates at planning stage SAVING MONEY
• Retain experienced disabled staff and officers
• Uphold the LAW – Equality Act

Live Streaming

The conference will be live streamed to allow wider access. When booking two delegate places for your force/organisation, streaming access will be granted FREE OF CHARGE for the full force/organisation. 

The annual Disability in Policing Champions Awards will take place on the evening of 2 December 2026. 

Nominations will open in due course. 

The conference is Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accredited with ten CPD points. If you would like to receive these, please email register@cjsevents.co.uk post event who will arrange for you to receive your certificate.
