• The conference venue Holiday Inn Coventry, is fully accessible. All conference rooms are located on the ground floor, as well as many of the bedrooms. 
• If you require a fully accessible bedroom for your stay, or have any other specific needs for your stay, then please let us know during the registration process so that we can accommodate this for you.

• Throughout the event there will be hearing loops to assist those colleagues that are hard of hearing.
• There will also be a room available if you feel you need to take a break from the content and have some time away.
