Please join us for the second National Police Chiefs’ Council Serious Organised Acquisitive Crime (SOAC) Conference.
The theme of the conference is “Tackling the Evolving Threat of SOAC, Meeting the Challenge Together”. We will bring together law enforcement partners from across the UK and Europe as well as business and industry leads. The conference will feature keynote speakers, breakout sessions, question panels as well as an opportunity to meet our sponsors and discuss the latest innovations in the fight against SOAC.
A gala dinner followed by an awards ceremony will take place on the evening of 18th September.

I am delighted to be hosting the second National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) Serious Organised Acquisitive Crime Conference between the 18th and 19th of September 2023 at Leonardo Hotel, Hinckley, Leicestershire.
This will be an exciting opportunity to bring together police colleagues, partners, as well as business and industry leads.
This will be an opportunity to reflect on the work that we have achieved over the past year, our current position as well as our future ambitions.
The National SOAC picture evolves at pace and so must we in our response. This conference will provide an opportunity for us to share best practise and seek out new innovative ideas.
Through a collaborative approach we can focus on the four P’s of policing (prepare, prevent, pursue, and protect) with an emphasis on prevention where possible.
Collaboratively we can tackle the evolving threat of SOAC by meeting the challenge head on.
I hope to see many of you in attendance so that we can use this conference as an opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships, develop new connections and together we can tackle SOAC.
