Upon registering you will have the choice of how you'd like to pay.
We accept the following payment methods:
- BACS (against invoice): Please note we are unable to issue invoices to the public sector without a purchase order number, which must be supplied a the time of booking. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.
- Credit card payment: You can select to pay with a credit/debit card during the booking process.
If you are registering as a public sector delegate and wish to pay against an invoice you must provide a purchase order (PO) number.
It will be a requirement of your organisation that you provide a PO to ensure payment can be made. Please check with your line manager regarding how to raise a PO number within your organisation. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.

Joining instructions with further details on the symposium will be sent in the two weeks prior to the symposium via an automated email.

Should you wish to change your registration details, or if you need to make a substitution, this can be made at no additional charge at any time prior to the symposium (including during the symposium).

Please note: Cancellations made on or before 2 April 2024 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions can be made at any point.
