CESIUM is ethically designed technology, developed by Trilateral Research, that uses AI to proactively identify vulnerability and exploitation. CESIUM has been co-designed with safeguarding practitioners from Lincolnshire Police to support and enhance partnership processes, in particular the Multi-Agency Child Exploitation (MACE) processes. CESIUM highlights vulnerable children deemed at highest risk of harm from child exploitation, flagging them as a concern for follow up and consideration of referral to MACE.  Although a standalone platform, CESIUM is fully integrated to police systems making it interactive with those systems and providing a live near real-time intelligence overview of risk patterns and behaviours.

CESIUM is a tailored, secure platform, allowing for data sharing across agencies and force boundaries, locally, regionally and nationally, vastly improving current information sharing capabilities. As well as providing a transparent and proactive safeguarding capability, CESIUM increases resource capacity, meaning less time researching and analysing, and more time proactively safeguarding.
