Please note a valid Purchase Order Number must be entered on registration or a card payment made to secure and confirm the registration. If you register and fail to provide a valid PO our accounts team will contact you, should a PO not be provided and you try to cancel the place, full payment will still be required.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made on or before 14 May 2025 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions notified to CJS prior to the event will be accepted with no additional fee.
Refunds and COVID: If you are unable to attend due to personal circumstances we are able to offer a substitution to attend in your place - no refund will be give.
