Refund Policy: Cancellations made on or before 2 February 2026 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions notified to CJS Event prior to the event will be accepted with no additional fee (register@cjsevents.co.uk)

How do I pay my fees?

Upon registering you will have the choice of how you'd like to pay.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • BACS (against invoice): Please note we are unable to issue invoices to the public sector without a purchase order number, which must be supplied a the time of booking. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.
  • Credit card payment: You can select to pay with a credit/debit card during the booking process.

If you are registering as a public sector delegate and wish to pay against an invoice you must provide a purchase order (PO) number.

It will be a requirement of your organisation that you provide a PO to ensure payment can be made. Please check with your line manager regarding how to raise a PO number within your organisation. Purchase order numbers must be made out to CJS (UK Management) Limited.

Should you wish to change your registration details, or if you need to make a substitution, this can be made at no additional charge at any time prior to the conference.
