Hybrid Fees
Please note, the hybrid option is only available to those forces that have booked to attend in person.
The following fees will grant full force access:
· Forces/Organisations with over 3,500 personnel: £749 + VAT for unlimited registrations
· Forces/Organisations with under 3,500 personnel: £499 + VAT for unlimited registrations
Access is per force, meaning once your force has paid for access you have unlimited registrations.
We will require a PO number or confirmation a PO number has been raised prior to the conference to allow access. PO Numbers should be sent to register@cjsevents.co.uk.

Please note - your force must be sending at least one in person attendee in order to also register for online access. Please email CJS Events if you are not sure if you qualify for online access.
Delegate places already booked for in person attendance cannot be converted to hybrid access, this must be purchased in addition to an in person booking.
All above costs are excluding VAT at 20%
Refund Policy: Cancellations made on or before 2 June 2025 will be subject to a £40 administration fee. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions notified to CJS prior to the event will be accepted with no additional fee.
Refunds and COVID-19: We continue to monitor Government advice at this time in relation to Covid 19. Should guidelines limit or cancel the event; you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your booking over to the new conference dates. Should you develop Covid-19 or symptoms or are unable to attend due to personal circumstances we are able to offer a substitution to attend in your place - no refund will be give in either of these cases.
Please note: A valid Purchase Order number must be entered on registration or a card payment made to secure and confirm the booking.
