The Police National Database (PND) is the UK’s only national intelligence-sharing system, enabling Police forces, Law Enforcement Agencies and Partners to work together more effectively to safeguard vulnerable people, prevent and detect crime, and protect communities from harm.

By consolidating data from multiple systems into one secure platform, the PND removes the need for multiple searches and inter-agency requests. This streamlined access supports faster, more informed operational and safeguarding decisions.

The PND incorporates critical intelligence including OCG, MSHT, County Lines and NFLMS data, helping build a richer and more connected intelligence picture.
