Sancus Operations are the leading provider of Professional Standards training in England & Wales. The Investigations in Professional Standards course has been delivered for over thirteen years and we also delivered national training on behalf of the College of Policing when new complaints and misconduct legislation was introduced in 2020.

We now deliver a Police Vetting course. This has been introduced following consultation with the NPCC, College of Policing and practitioners and is designed to ensure a common understanding of the vetting process for practitioners and decision-makers.
