Continued commitment to UK Policing and partner agencies
In April 2025, i2 Group continued its partnership with BlueLight Commercial with the renewal of the national Access for All agreement for a further 3 years. This contract provides UK policing, UK MOD, and Government agencies with access to i2 software along with associated consultancy and training services. This renewed commitment also attracted further investment from the Home Office’s Police Efficiency & Collaboration Programme to maximise the return on investment.
i2 Business Change Initiative
Led by the Business Change Centre of Excellence with sponsorship from the NACB and NABG, i2 Group are partnering with the Police Efficiency & Collaboration Programme and BlueLight Commercial to deliver an i2 Business Change Initiative. This programme of work will look to maximise the return on investment through wider adoption and greater exploitation of i2 software and professional services available through the national agreement.
The primary objectives of this initiative are to:
- improve policing outcomes for managing threat harm risk, early intervention and harm prevention, investigations and open source.
- develop process automation and standardisation to work faster and smarter via both analysts and analytics for everyone.
- regional and national i2 environments and ways of working to target cross-border criminality and exploitation.
- communities of excellence to share best practice, tools, and techniques peer to peer.
