OSIRT began as an academic project to support law enforcement to manage and conduct online investigations. OSIRT was embraced by investigators across the world as their tool of choice. In the UK, it was utilised by the College of Policing, leading the way in training future online investigators. Fast forward to today, Dr Joseph Williams and Secure Technologies Ltd, along with the University of Hertfordshire, have teamed up to launch an exciting company, OSIRT Ltd, to continue innovation and produce the software tools needed by modern investigators. 

We are excited to introduce the updated OSIRT, now ‘OSIRT i3’ - your all-in-one capture tool for online investigations. Additionally, we are introducing for the first time ‘OSIRT iD’; incredible facial recognition software with intelligence at your fingertips.
